On the D1120, just a few kilometres from Goulles,in the hamlet of Le Teulet, this former coaching inn welcomes guests to an imposing, cosy and tastefully decorated setting and invites you to enjoy gastronomic, original and subtle cooking. Handed down from mother to daughter, 5 generations of women have succeeded one another at the stoves. The latest in this line, accompanied by her partner, both having learned their trade in some of the top Parisian eating houses, are delighted to invite guests to enjoy fine regional produce embellished by flavours from beyond our shores. Overseas influences are strong, but the hotel is is proud of its regional origins and is keen to draw attention to the local heritage and architecture. The building is made of local stone, and the dining rooms seek to prerve the spirit of yesteryear. The vast majority of our ingredients are locally sourced, with meat coming from surrounding farms and vegetables from our own garden. 3 dining rooms and one seminar room. Guests are accommodated in extremely comfortable rooms , all equipped with bathroom and WC, telephone and television. Swimming pool heated to 28°C in summer.
